Your Role:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into automated Pega workflows.

• Design and structure workflows for Nordic retail credit assessment & decision processes.

• Ensure end-to-end automation across BB, LC&I, GCM, and Operations.

• Align process steps and user roles with a Nordic target operating model.

• Collaborate with SMEs, Pega Architects, and key stakeholders.

• Break down process design into implementable workflow stages using Pega.

• Support the team in translating business needs into scalable Pega solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Pega architecture.

• Certification as Pega Certified Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified Senior Architect (PCSBA).

• Strong background in Pega-based solutions and process automation.
