Are you passionate about Pega application support and problem-solving in an agile environment? We’re looking for a Pega Analyst to work closely with the BizDevOps team, ensuring smooth operations, resolving incidents, and optimizing system performance.

Your Role:

• Monitor and analyze Pega applications to ensure smooth performance.

• Handle incidents and problem tickets, providing quick and effective resolutions.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in pre-production and production environments.

• Deploy new releases using Pega Deployment Manager.

• Perform root cause analysis as part of problem management.

• Mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure system security.

• Collaborate closely with the BizDevOps team in an agile environment.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in Pega application support (preferred).

• Pega CSA certification.

• Strong skills in Pega monitoring, log analysis, and debugging.

• Experience in handling support tickets and troubleshooting.

• ITIL certification or willingness to complete the ITIL Foundation exam within 6 months.
