AI Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an AI Manager in our IT organization, to lead a team of AI data scientist and engineers. Directly engage company’s most strategic users on critical projects to implement solution that transform their businesses using Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) technologies.

• Work with company's internal users to identify opportunities to apply AI/machine learning in their business.

• Design and implement machine learning solutions for business use cases, leveraging internal AI Platform.

• Manage and grow a team of data scientist and ML engineers.

• Engage and work with user executives, technical leads, and partners to manage and deliver successful implementations of AI applications.

• Interact IT/Biz stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful outcomes.

• Lead for research, introduce and realize suitable new AI/ML technologies with roadmap

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 10+ years of experience in product or program management, or technology development in corporate IT.

• 5+ years of experience working directly with AI/ML related development.

• Experience in the auxiliary practical concerns and solution in production ML systems.

• Experience in smart manufacturing is preferred.

• Experience in semiconductor R&D or manufacturing is preferred

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
